Position: Chef de Partie (Signatures)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific station within the Signatures Restaurant kitchen, ensuring smooth operation.
• Prepare and present high quality dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, specializing in international and Asian cuisine.
• Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
• Train and supervise Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs working on the station.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high volume buffet restaurant or 5 star hotel.
• Strong culinary skills with experience in international and Asian cuisines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage a station independently.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP) standards.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification.
• A positive attitude and a passion for culinary excellence.
