Position: Assistant Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchasing Manager in overseeing all hotel procurement activities
• Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services, ensuring quality and competitive pricing
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
• Coordinate with department heads to understand their procurement needs
• Ensure all purchasing policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and vendor sourcing
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Highly organized and focused on details
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
