Position: Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store all incoming goods, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using the VHP system.
  • Issue supplies and materials to various departments based on authorized requisitions.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and assist with monthly/annual inventory audits.
  • Ensure the storeroom is kept clean, organized, secure, and items are stored correctly to prevent spoilage or damage.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Store Assistant, or Inventory Clerk.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and experience using VHP system.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in checking stock items.
  • Honest, disciplined, and wellorganized.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
