Position: Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services for the hotel.
• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotes for products.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Inspect goods upon receipt to verify quality and quantity.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.
• Liaise with department heads to understand their purchasing needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing software.
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
