Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all culinary operations across the hotel, including all restaurants, banquet events, and in room dining.
• Develop innovative menus, control food costs, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the entire kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Manage kitchen budgets, procurement, and inventory control.
• Ensure strict compliance with all HACCP, food safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably as an Executive Chef.
• Proven experience in a four or five star hotel with large banquet and multiple outlet operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Creative and passionate about culinary trends.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
