Position: F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensures smooth service in all dining outlets, manages staff schedules, and maintains high service standards.
• Supervises and motivates the F&B team, provides training and guidance, and ensures consistent guest oriented service.
• Monitors food quality, hygiene, and presentation, addresses guest feedback, and implements improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Assist in managing F&B cost control and inventory management.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a five star hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest oriented mindset.
• Experience with POS systems and F&B inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
