Position: Hostess Bel Etage

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all guests arriving at Bel Etage with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage restaurant reservations, seating charts, and guest flow.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations and outlet information.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and lobby area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Immaculate personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Guest oriented mindset with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Experience with restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms).
• Ability to work gracefully under pressure.
