Position: Hostess Bel Etage
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all guests arriving at Bel Etage with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage restaurant reservations, seating charts, and guest flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations and outlet information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and lobby area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Guest oriented mindset with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Experience with restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms).
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure.
