Position: Mixologist The St. Regis Bar

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and deliver a memorable luxury bar experience.
• Maintain inventory, prepare garnishes, and ensure the bar is well stocked.
• Develop new cocktail recipes and contribute to menu innovation.
• Uphold all standards of service, quality, and cleanliness at the bar.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mixologist or Head Bartender in a five star hotel or high end cocktail bar.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern mixology techniques.
• Creative flair and a passion for beverage creation.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Polished, engaging, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
