Position: Mixologist The St. Regis Bar
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and deliver a memorable luxury bar experience.
- Maintain inventory, prepare garnishes, and ensure the bar is well stocked.
- Develop new cocktail recipes and contribute to menu innovation.
- Uphold all standards of service, quality, and cleanliness at the bar.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mixologist or Head Bartender in a five star hotel or high end cocktail bar.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern mixology techniques.
- Creative flair and a passion for beverage creation.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Polished, engaging, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
