Position: Barista
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on the menu.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the POS system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel or high volume coffee shop.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and latte art.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to work flexible shifts.
