Position: Banquet Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup of banquet rooms for events, meetings, and functions.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during events according to service standards.
- Clear tables and clean the banquet area after events.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction during functions.
- Handle banquet equipment and linen with care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet or F&B service is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Physically able to carry trays and move furniture.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
