Position: Banquet Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup of banquet rooms for events, meetings, and functions.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events according to service standards.
• Clear tables and clean the banquet area after events.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction during functions.
• Handle banquet equipment and linen with care.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet or F&B service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Physically able to carry trays and move furniture.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
