Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and manage the restaurant service team.
• Manage restaurant budget, control costs, and drive revenue.
• Develop and implement service standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and team management skills.
• In depth knowledge of food and beverage service, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
