Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and manage the restaurant service team.
- Manage restaurant budget, control costs, and drive revenue.
- Develop and implement service standards and procedures.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a high quality dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and team management skills.
- In depth knowledge of food and beverage service, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
