Position: CLUSTER DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire Food & Beverage operation for the cluster, including all restaurants, bars, and banquet events.
- Act as a strategic business leader, developing and implementing F&B strategies.
- Drive departmental financial performance through effective budgeting and cost control.
- Maintain and elevate all brand and service standards across both properties.
- Provide strong leadership to the F&B team, managing operations with exceptional organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a renowned or luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with excellent time management.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic business leader for the property’s Food & Beverage operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining brand and service standards.
- Solid experience in developing and implementing Food & Beverage strategies, budgeting, and driving departmental financial performance.
