Position: F&B Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including all restaurants, bars, in room dining, and banquets.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize profitability.
- Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure all financial targets are met.
- Train, mentor, and lead the entire F&B team to uphold Conrad’s luxury service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an F&B Director in a 5 star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven track record of strong leadership and managing large, diverse F&B teams.
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
- Creative and innovative, with a strong understanding of current F&B trends.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
