Position: Guest Relations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Guest Relations operations, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival and departure experience.
• Lead and train the Guest Relations team to uphold The Ritz Carlton service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complex service recovery situations with professionalism.
• Coordinate with other departments, especially housekeeping and concierge, to fulfill guest requests.
• Manage VIP arrivals, ensuring all preferences are noted and amenities are prepared.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Front Office or Guest Relations at a 5 star hotel.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Strong problem solving abilities and a passion for guest service excellence.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems, such as Opera.
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor.
• Experience working in a luxury Nusa Dua or Bali resort environment is an advantage.
