Position: Guest Relations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Guest Relations operations, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival and departure experience.
- Lead and train the Guest Relations team to uphold The Ritz Carlton service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complex service recovery situations with professionalism.
- Coordinate with other departments, especially housekeeping and concierge, to fulfill guest requests.
- Manage VIP arrivals, ensuring all preferences are noted and amenities are prepared.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Front Office or Guest Relations at a 5 star hotel.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Strong problem solving abilities and a passion for guest service excellence.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems, such as Opera.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Experience working in a luxury Nusa Dua or Bali resort environment is an advantage.
