Position: Guest Relations (Japanese or Chinese Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, providing personalized service, especially to Japanese or Chinese speaking guests.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and special requests.
- Facilitate communication between guests and various hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
- Provide translation services as needed during check in, check out, and other guest interactions.
- Gather guest feedback to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Japanese or Mandarin Chinese, in addition to English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Desk role, preferably in a 5 star hotel.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, welcoming personality.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with the expectations of luxury travelers in Bali.
