Position: Guest Relations (Japanese or Chinese Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, providing personalized service, especially to Japanese or Chinese speaking guests.
• Act as a primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and special requests.
• Facilitate communication between guests and various hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Provide translation services as needed during check in, check out, and other guest interactions.
• Gather guest feedback to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese or Mandarin Chinese, in addition to English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Desk role, preferably in a 5 star hotel.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, welcoming personality.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with the expectations of luxury travelers in Bali.
