Position: Head Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the bar team, managing daily operations of the resort’s bars.
- Craft and serve a high quality, innovative menu of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders in mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Manage bar inventory, control costs, process orders, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure a vibrant, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bartending, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (Head Bartender/Bar Supervisor).
- Expert knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and craft cocktails.
- Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Creative and passionate about beverage trends, especially in a resort setting.
