Position: Head Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the bar team, managing daily operations of the resort’s bars.
• Craft and serve a high quality, innovative menu of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders in mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Manage bar inventory, control costs, process orders, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure a vibrant, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bartending, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (Head Bartender/Bar Supervisor).
• Expert knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and craft cocktails.

• Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.
• Fluent in English.
