Position: Reservation Agent

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a Front Office role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle guest inquiries effectively
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Positive attitude and a strong focus on sales and guest satisfaction
