Position: Reservation Agent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a Front Office role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle guest inquiries effectively
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Positive attitude and a strong focus on sales and guest satisfaction
