Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversees all F&B Service operations by ensuring exceptional service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
- Leads and managing a motivated F&B Service team, including hiring, performance monitoring to maintain high productivity with a positive engagement, with fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and a guest focused culture.
- Drives profitability and control budgets, through strategic planning, cost control, creative menu development, and targeted promotions aligned with market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in the same field.
- Strong Leadership and team management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion in F&B Trends and guest dining experience.
- Proven track record in revenue generation, cost control and F&B promotions.
- Excellent guest service orientation with strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L statements and budgeting.
- Proficiency in F&B management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
