Position: Director of Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B management team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage F&B budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or a similar senior role in a large, five star luxury hotel.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Innovative mindset with a strong understanding of current F&B trends in the Jakarta market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality and service under pressure.
- International experience is highly regarded.
