Position: Duty Manager

General Requirements:

• Relevant experience or educational background in Hospitality.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the same position (or as a Front Office Supervisor).
• Guest satisfaction oriented and able to maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
• Good English literate, both oral & written.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Ability to manage front office operations and handle guest escalations.
