Position: Asst. / Food & Beverage Manager

About the Role:

• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations.
• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene are maintained.
• Manage, train, and motivate the F&B service team.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, cost control, and menu development.

Your Skills & Experiences:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in F&B.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In depth knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Financial acumen, with experience in cost control and budgeting.
• Proficient in POS systems and F&B management software.
• Fluent in English.
