Position: Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated one on one support to a senior executive.
  • Manage both professional and personal calendars, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Handle sensitive information and communications with utmost discretion.
  • Facilitate communication and follow up on action items with various departments.
  • Assist with personal tasks, errands, and special projects as required.
  • This role is based at the Head Quarter (HQ) office.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a high level executive.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive in problem solving.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work outside of standard business hours.
  • High level of integrity, loyalty, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
