Position: Front Office Manager

Qualification:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude toward guest service.
  • Excellent team management and ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (other languages are an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of reservation, check in/check out procedures, and guest complaint handling.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and related front office software.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front office operations, including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest services, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team, managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery issues promptly and professionally, empowering staff to resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage room inventory, and rates, and collaborate with the sales and reservations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure all front desk procedures, including check in, check out, billing, and cash handling, are followed accurately and efficiently.
