Position: Hostess

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival and manage the reservation and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain an excellent attention to detail in monitoring the dining area and guest flow, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Coordinate with the F&B Service team to ensure prompt and smooth seating and service delivery.
• Able to upsell food and beverage products and promotions effectively to maximize restaurant revenue.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback regarding reservations and restaurant services with a pleasant personality.

Qualifications:

• 2-Year experience in the same or a similar Guest Relations position within a hotel or restaurant setting in the Sanur area.
• Strong background in customer service, with an emphasis on creating exceptional first and last impressions.
• Able to upselling product with confidence and enthusiasm to enhance the guest experience.
• Excellent attention to detail as well as organizational skills for managing reservations and seating charts efficiently.
• Must possess a good attitude and pleasant personality, reflecting the warm hospitality of Bali.
• Able to join immediately, demonstrating commitment and readiness for the role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with international guests.
