Position: Internship – Front Office

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Front Office team with daily check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries, ensuring smooth front desk operation.
• Learn and apply skills in operating the Property Management System (PMS) for reservations and guest data management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception area.
• Develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills through direct guest interaction.
• Support the team in handling cash transactions and preparing daily reports.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in Front Office operations, guest service, and developing professional skills.
• Excellent team spirit, strong motivation, good personality and appearance.
• Well communication skills, particularly verbal English, are highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly motivated and eager to learn the operation of an international brand hotel in Makassar.
• A professional and courteous demeanor.
