Position: Demi CDP Dimsum

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and execution of high-quality Dimsum products.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Dimsum kitchen section.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to standardized recipes and portion control.
• Assist the Chef De Partie in managing inventory for the Dimsum station.
• Strictly follow all hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Specialized experience in Dimsum and Chinese cuisine production, preferably in a premium hotel or restaurant.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for precise culinary execution.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proven track record in high-quality dimsum production.
