Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently and courteously.
• Manage all front office cash and credit transactions accurately and secure all daily transactions.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and the local Solo Baru area.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent communication with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent or GSA in a reputable hotel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, specifically for a 5-star environment.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent grooming and professional demeanor, representing the Grand Mercure brand standards.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and multitask effectively.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential for international guest communication.
• Familiarity with the Solo Baru area and surrounding Central Java tourist destinations.
