Position: Day Club Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the energetic day club, ensuring exceptional service and guest experience.
  • Supervise and train day club staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and hosts.
  • Manage guest reservations, seating, and VIP service requirements.
  • Monitor service flow, table turnover, and billing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure product quality and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high volume day club, beach club, or night club in Bali.
  • Strong understanding of lifestyle F&B service standards and VIP guest handling.
  • Excellent leadership, energy, and team motivation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • A vibrant personality that fits the energetic atmosphere of a Canggu day club.
