Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the guest check in and check out process at the resort.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the resort and Canggu area, and make reservations.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in English.
