Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the guest check in and check out process at the resort.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the resort and Canggu area, and make reservations.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
