Position: Concierge – Bellboy
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions in Canggu and Bali.
- Handle guest requests for transportation, restaurant reservations, and tours.
- Manage luggage storage and retrieval.
- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bellboy or Concierge in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive, and helpful attitude.
- Good knowledge of the local Canggu and Bali area.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy luggage.
- Valid driver’s license is often a plus.
- Fluent in English.
