Position: Event & Wedding Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell the hotel’s event and wedding venues to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate all aspects of confirmed events and weddings, ensuring flawless execution.
- Conduct site inspections and create tailored proposals for prospective clients.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events to promote our SCBD location.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event or wedding sales in a 5-star hotel in Jakarta.
- A strong network of local vendors and event planners.
- Passionate, creative, and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven to create unforgettable event experiences.
