Position: Banquet Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the hotel’s banquet and event functions.
- Lead, train, and schedule the banquet service team to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage banquet equipment inventory, setup, and maintenance.
- Liaise closely with the Event Sales, Culinary, and Stewarding teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Operations Manager or Assistant Banquet Manager in a large 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in event setup and service execution.
- Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure in the fast-paced SCBD MICE environment.
- Passionate and driven to deliver the absolute best banquet experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards.
