Position: Chef de Cuisine

Responsibilities:

• Lead the culinary operations of a specific restaurant or large kitchen (e.g., All Day Dining, Banquet).
• Manage the kitchen brigade, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Assist the Executive Chef with menu development, costing, and inventory control.
• Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or senior Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities.
• A passionate hotelier committed to excellence and creativity.
• Experience in managing a high-volume kitchen operation.
• Good understanding of food cost management.
• Pre-opening experience in Surabaya is an advantage.
• Ability to inspire and empower a culinary team.
