Position: Stewarding Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the hotel’s entire stewarding department for the pre-opening, including all kitchens and F&B outlets.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of all operating equipment (china, glass, silver).
• Implement and manage world-class hygiene, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Lead and train the stewarding team to support all culinary and F&B operations.
• Manage the stewarding budget and control equipment breakage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Stewarding Manager in a large, 5-star luxury hotel.
• Pre-opening experience is essential for setting up all stewarding operations.
• Expert knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and inventory management skills.
• A passionate leader committed to excellence and detail.
• Ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Surabaya hotel market is a plus.
