Position: Restaurant Manager – Conservatory
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire operation of the Conservatory restaurant, ensuring an exceptional luxury dining experience.
- Lead, train, and manage the service team, fostering a culture of personalized care.
- Drive revenue, manage budgets, and control costs for the outlet.
- Develop and implement service standards that define personal luxury.
- Handle guest relations, ensuring all feedback is addressed and resolved.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or standalone fine dining venue.
- Proven track record of strong leadership and team development.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
- Deep knowledge of F&B, wine, and luxury service standards.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in the competitive Jakarta dining scene.
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
