Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the hotel and manage all check-in and check-out procedures with style and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the hotel and Central Jakarta, and process payments.
• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and assist with concierge requests.
• Provide personalized and professional service to all guests.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) accurately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Passionate about guest service and creating a positive first impression.
• Fluent in English.
• A talented and dynamic team player.
