Position: CDP – Banquet

Responsibilities:

• Lead the culinary production for the hotel’s versatile event venues (banquets, meetings).
• Manage the banquet kitchen station, ensuring all food is prepared on time and to the highest standard.
• Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis in the banquet section.
• Assist the Sous Chef with menu execution, portion control, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP), with a strong background in banquet production.
• Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel kitchen is required.
• Strong knowledge of menu planning and execution for large-scale events.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passionate, talented, and a dynamic team player.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.
