Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chains.
- Good personality and a great gesture of Hospitality professionalism.
- Familiarity with hotel management software, POS systems and reservation platforms (for Front Office).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills for guest service recovery.
- Ability to oversee hotel operations during shifts.
