Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during the shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and friendly check-in/check-out experience.
- Handle and resolve escalated guest complaints, emergencies, and any operational issues with professionalism.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure all standards of cleanliness and security are met.
- Prepare shift reports, coordinate with all departments, and ensure effective communication across the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role (e.g., FO Supervisor, Assistant Manager) in an international hotel.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel PMS (e.g., Opera).
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and a strong team player.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest service.
