Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, including reception, guest services, and concierge.
- Train, mentor, and schedule the Front Office team, ensuring adherence to 4-star service standards.
- Manage room inventory, and drive upselling strategies to maximize room revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Has experience in the same position from international hotel chain is advantage at least 1 year.
- Minimum education of diploma or bachelor degree.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English is a must (Written and Spoken).
- Love to work in a team with target oriented.
- Proven experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
