Position: Event Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution for confirmed MICE and social events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from contract signing to post-event follow-up.
  • Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate with all hotel departments (F&B, Kitchen, AV, Front Office) for flawless execution.
  • Upsell services and products to clients to maximize event revenue.
  • Ensure all events adhere to brand standards and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Event Manager or Senior Event Executive in a large-scale hotel or resort.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to handle pressure and last-minute changes.
  • Experience in managing large-scale conferences and weddings is a plus.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Opera.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
