Position: FB Event Coordinator (Job ID 25176895)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all Food & Beverage aspects of events, including weddings, conferences, and banquets.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, F&B service team, and culinary department.
- Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and communicate event requirements to all departments.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to client specifications and brand standards.
- Proactively manage any issues or changes during the event to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B event planning or banquet operations within a hotel or resort.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel systems, including event management or catering software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of F&B service and culinary operations.
- Diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
