Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily operations of a designated signature restaurant, all-day dining, or the beach club.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional Mövenpick service standards.
  • Control operational costs, manage inventory, and optimize profitability for the outlet.
  • Develop promotional activities and menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible service of alcohol.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or high-volume upscale restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, training, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends.
  • Experience with POS systems and F&B cost control.
  • Pre-opening or beach club management experience is a plus.
  • High-energy, hands-on, and passionate about F&B.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
