Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of a designated signature restaurant, all-day dining, or the beach club.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional Mövenpick service standards.
- Control operational costs, manage inventory, and optimize profitability for the outlet.
- Develop promotional activities and menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible service of alcohol.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star hotel or high-volume upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership, training, and customer service skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends.
- Experience with POS systems and F&B cost control.
- Pre-opening or beach club management experience is a plus.
- High-energy, hands-on, and passionate about F&B.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
