Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of a specific F&B outlet.
- Supervise and train the service staff, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Lead shifts and manage the outlet in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role (e.g., Captain, Supervisor) in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Eager to grow and take on new challenges in a pre-opening environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
