Position: Front Desk Agent (Female)
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out procedures in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, answer phone calls, and manage reservations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Provide information about hotel services and attractions in Bogor.
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues to the Front Office Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- Has experience in the same position from international hotel chain is advantage at least 1 year.
- Minimum education of diploma or bachelor degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English is a must (Written and Spoken).
- Love to work in a team with target oriented.
- Female candidate, as specified.
- Experience with hotel PMS is a plus.
