Position: CDP Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific station in the kitchen and ensure high-quality food preparation.
- Supervise and train Commis chefs working on the station.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain inventory for the station and assist with ordering.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position (CDP or Demi Chef) at a hotel or resort.
- Good communication skills, highly motivated, creative, innovative with results & guest oriented.
- Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
- Culinary certification or relevant training.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques.
- Ability to lead a small team and work under pressure.
- Creativity and a passion for food.
