Position: Kitchen Admin
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef and kitchen team.
- Assist with managing food inventory, stock takes, and ordering.
- Process kitchen-related paperwork, such as purchase requisitions and transfers.
- Help maintain HACCP documentation and records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments regarding kitchen needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar administrative position, preferably in a hotel or resort kitchen.
- Good communication skills, highly motivated, creative, innovative with results & guest oriented.
- Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
