Position: Guest Service Officer – Casual Worker
Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Office team with guest check-in and check-out procedures during peak periods.
- Assist guests with inquiries, luggage, and general requests.
- Deliver messages and amenities to guest rooms as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
- Provide a warm and welcoming presence for all guests, reflecting COMO’s values.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a hotel environment (trainee or casual) is an advantage.
- Must share the COMO values of Passion, Creativity, and Style.
- Strong communication skills and a good command of English.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and handle guest interactions professionally.
- Flexible availability to work as a casual/daily worker.
- Based in the Ubud or surrounding Gianyar area.
