Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Manager on Duty, overseeing all hotel operations during the shift, especially in the absence of senior management.
  • Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and adherence to service standards.
  • Handle and resolve escalated guest complaints, emergencies, and security issues with professionalism.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports, documenting incidents and guest feedback for management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the same position (Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor), preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong responsibility and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and team collaboration.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel emergency procedures.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
